How is working with you different from what we have tried before?

If we miss them, you will hear from us before you ask, with an explanation and a revised plan, not an excuse.
Will we be working with a senior team member or handed off to juniors?
A senior lead manages your account from the first call to the latest monthly report. That does not mean juniors never touch your work. It means a senior practitioner is accountable for every decision, reviews every asset before it goes live, and is the person you speak to when you have a question. What does the free strategy call actually involve?

Is there a minimum contract length?
We do not use lock-in contracts as a retention tool. Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis after an initial three-month period. This is long enough for us to do work that actually moves the numbers, but short enough that you are never trapped in a relationship that is not performing. All campaign assets, accounts, and data remain yours at all times, regardless of whether we continue working together.
What does transparent reporting actually mean in practice?
Every month you receive a written document, not a dashboard export, not a slide deck of screenshots, that covers what we did, what changed in your metrics, what did not perform as expected, and exactly what we are doing differently next month as a result. You also have direct access to every campaign account and analytics property at all times. There is nothing in your marketing data that you cannot see whenever you want to look.
